2nd  INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

 

The Philippine Science High School Western Visayas thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for supply and delivery of Various Office, ICT and Scientific/Technical Equipment with an Approved Budget contract of P5,881,000.00..Lot 1 –Office Equip.–P4,668,000.00,

 Lot 3-Technical/Scientific -P1,213,000.00.  

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 3 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding.  The eligibility check/Screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non discretionary "pass/fail" criteria.  Post qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

A complete set of Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders on

May 9 from the PSHSWV Campus BAC Secretariat and  upon payment of a  non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents of  P4,000.00 for Lot 1, and P1,000.00 for Lot 3 to the PSHS Cashier  . Pursuant to the latest GPPB guidelines issued by the GPPB.  Partial Bid is allowed.

 

The PSHSWV reserves the right to reject or accept any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
