The Philippine Science High School Western Visayas (PSHSWV) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2019, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS & 33/100) (Php2,004,718.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SECURITY SERVICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
