Mayor Jed Patrick E. Mabilog turned over Iloilo City Government's symbolic key to Boy Mayor Angelo Rafael B. Nacionales of Philippine Science High School-WVC following their oath taking after Monday's flag-raising ceremony.
Vice Mayor Jose Espinosa III gave a pat on shoulders to Boy Vice Mayor Ramon Galvan III of Hua Siong College of Iloilo Inc.-Ledesco Campus. They were joined by Rotary Club of Iloilo City president Teofilo Montejo. The counterpart chiefs of executive and legislative departments led the 49 student leaders from 30 high schools in the metropolis who "govern" the City Hall in celebration of the 40th Boys & Girls Week Sept. 22-26. http://www.iloilocity.gov.ph/iloilocity2014/iloilogen.php?id=363
"We will no longer be visitors, but employees. We will no longer be mere citizens, but public servants," said Regalado, who started joining City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog in official functions since yesterday.

Dr. Myrna B. Libutaque won the Natatanging Guro Award for the Math and Computer Science category granted by the PSHS Foundation last September 5, 2014.
The Natatanging Guro (NG) Award is given to an outstanding teacher in the Philippine Science High School System from each of the following three clusters: Mathematics and Computer Science; Natural Sciences; and Humanities and Social Science.
