After considering the queries, clarifications, recommendations and suggestions, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby include, revise, amend, delete or adapt the following provisions and this Bid Bulletin shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

- The Philippine Science High School Western Visayas (PSHSWV) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2018, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS ONLY (Php3,853,220.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Partial Bidding will be allowed and awarding of contract will be on a per lot basis. The project consists of two (2) lots: Lot 1: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Fabrication Laboratory Equipment ( ABC – Php1,500,000.00); Lot 2: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Scientific Equipment ( ABC – Php2,353,220.00)
