After considering the queries, clarifications, recommendations and suggestions, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby include, revise, amend, delete or adapt the following provisions and this Bid Bulletin shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

Section I. Invitation to Bid
Clause 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before December 10, 2018 at 9:00 AM. All items must be accompanied by a bid security in any acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening shall be on December 10, 2018 at 9:00 AM at the Philippine Science High School Western Visayas Campus, Brgy. Bito-on, Jaro, Iloilo City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. |

All terms, conditions, and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded, modified and amended accordingly. For information and guidance of all concerned.
