The budget for the approved project shall be sourced from the 2018 General Appropriation Act (GAA) of Philippine Science High School Western Visayas Campus under Capital Outlay-Locally Funded Project for Calendar Year 2018.
- I.SPECIFICATIONS

The prospective project shall be located at Brgy. Balcon Maravilla, Jordan, Guimaras.

- II.BASIC TERM
The duration of the contract shall be Thirty (30) calendar days.
The process will be conducted pursuant to Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

The PSHS-WVC will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on April 10, 2018 at 9:30 AM at the PSHSWVC, Brgy. Bito-on, Jaro, Iloilo City, which shall be open only to all interested parties.
The prospective bidders shall submit their eligibility, technical and financial documents (in separate envelopes) in one sealed envelope and in three (3) sets (Original, Copy 1 and Copy 2) to the BAC Secretariat.
Opening of the Proposals shall be on April 16, 2018 at 9:30 AM at the Conference Room, Administration Building, Philippine Science High School, Lawa-an H. Lopez Campus, Brgy. Bito-on, Jaro, Iloilo City. The documents will be opened in the presence of the prospective bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late proposals will be returned unopened.
The contract for the Consulting Services (Architectural and Engineering Design) shall be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days.
PSHSWVC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected consultant(s).
