Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P1,000.00 to the PSHS Cashier.
The PSHSWV reserves the right to reject or accept any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
